A phantastic unforgettable train ride!
Do you already know how to get to and from the festival? Think unconventionally! What about an offer no true steampunk-enthusiast could turn down: a journey with our own festival train!
Mind you: The amount of seats is limited, there is only space for 200 people. The price lies between 318 and 636 crowns, depending on how many enroll: If we, for example, are only 100 people, it’s the latter price that matters. After that, the price decreases more and more with every additional person. When we’ve reached the limit of our capacity, i.e. 200 people, the price is only 318 crowns per person.
Curious? Here you can find more information and the possibility to register.
Welcome to a unique and unforgettable trip!
New participant on our market
Jenette Fox is the most recent participant on our market. She represents RGB Leathers, which produces leather accessories, bafs, and belts. Welcome!
Do you participate in our market as well? Find more information here.
The Steampunkfestival on TV
Yesterday we were in the news: SVT, a big Swedish broadcasting company, has made a television piece about the Steampunkfestival and its locoproject, which was shown in the local news. We are very glad that Swecon 2014 is greeted with such great interest.
During one of the interviews, one of our colleagues expressed his hopes for a sequel of the festival, which has been interpreted as it being a recurring event. We would like to clarify that there are no plans on the current organizers’ side to repeat it next year. If you want to be part of it, it’s best if you go for 2014 – and become a member as soon as possible.
Welcome Caroline Eklund and Richard Weale!
Vi gladly announce two more participants in our market: Caroline Eklund from Nymla, who sells masks, hats and oddities, and author Richard Weale. Welcome!

A warm welcome to our two newest participants on our market, Jonas Andersson (pins, buttons, children’s books) and Ulf Svensson (sculptures). We would like to seize the opportunity to remind you that there are still some single tables left. They are 80x120cm and cost SEK120,- for the whole weekend until 5pm. If you furthermore want your market stand to be open after that on Saturday, you need to buy a membership in addition.
