The Steampunkfestival is over and we had more than 550 members!
A huge thank you to everyone who came and made the festival amazing, thank you to our interesting, clever and entertaining guests of honour and guests and everyone who participated in the programme, to our gophers and last but not least to the fantastic Sveriges Järnvägsmuseum (Swedish Railway Museum).
Next year’s Swecon will be ConFuse in Linköping, 7-9 August 2015. It’s not a steampunk con, but it will surely be fantastic in other ways.
We will put together a list of links to photo galleries and blog posts about the festival, so feel free to post a link in the comments if you have written about the festival or posted photos from it.

Blir det igen festival här i Gävle nästa år?
Ingen som vi kommer att arrangera i alla fall. Det här var en unik engångsgrej.
Men det står förstås vem som helst fritt att ordna en egen!
(Även om man kanske vill börja i lite mindre skala om man aldrig har gjort sådana här arrangemang förr.)

Jag tyckte festivalen var underbar och kan gärna tänka mig att arrangera något liknande igen så om fler är intresserade så kom igen och låt oss skapa detta igen! : D
